| There is a large garden with an orchard, with room for children to play and camp. Paths to seats above the house give wonderful views over the seascape. You can sit up there and read where no one can find you. Sometimes at spring half term lambs are born in the field in front. Big sailing boats, or once a Russian style submarine, and even the Royal yacht Britannia when it still existed, pass quite close in front. The sea and sky change constantly and there is always something to watch. There is a micro-climate at East Prawle and often the wind holds the clouds back over the land and we can have sun in Prawle on cloudy days | ![]() |
